Mrs Jane Good (Holidays) Ltd is a small, independent, Woodbridge-based booking agency, run by local people, for self catering holiday accommodation in Suffolk.
We have Suffolk country cottages and other types of self catering property, holiday lets or rentals, in the Heritage Coast and the best of Suffolk's rural areas, yet just a few miles from the country town of Ipswich, in the part of east of England known as East Anglia. East Anglia is one of the most popular locations in England to rent self catering holiday cottages. Americans, many of whom served in this part of the UK in WW2 and the cold war, would call our holiday accommodation "vacation rental lodgings" or "lodgings for rent." But whatever you call them, we have a great range of self catering properties for your Suffolk cottage holiday, including flats, or apartments, in one of the most peaceful and pleasant areas of eastern England.
Towns and villages encompassed by our self catering holiday accommodation include Snape - renowned for its Maltings concert hall and the Aldeburgh Festival - and Woodbridge, on the banks of the river Deben, famous for its Tide Mill and for just being a lovely town to visit - as is the world-famous heritage site of the Sutton Hoo Saxon royal ship burial. This entire area is all within easy driving distance of Ipswich, with its direct rail links to London and Norwich.
