Booking
Once you have chosen a property or selection of properties, please contact us to confirm availability, by whichever means you prefer: Availability Enquiry Form or Telephone: +44(0)1394 382770

Short Breaks
Weekend and mid week breaks can be arranged but can only be considered a maximum one week in advance in high season and within two weeks of the start date during the rest of the year. Prices available on application.

Payment
When the reservation dates for your chosen property have been agreed, we will calculate the cost of the deposit (25% of the total holiday cost) which has to be received, together with the £20 booking fee, within one week.
If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the full cost of the holiday, together with the £20 booking fee, will be required within the week.
Upon receipt of the payment, we will then send you the confirmation paperwork and full details for your holiday.

International Payments
For all payments from outside the UK directly to our bank, please add £10 per transaction to cover their handling charges. Please make all payments in Sterling.

Credit Card Payments
card logosWe accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
To cover banking costs, a 2.5% charge is levied on
credit cards transactions.
There is no charge for debit card payments.

Arrival & Departure
Reservations are usually Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise stated. On the arrival Saturday, visitors are requested to arrive NOT before 2.00pm (3.00pm at some properties), but may arrive at any time during that week. On the departure Saturday visitors must leave by 10.00am. We ask that you telephone us a few days before the start of your holiday, to let us know your estimated time of arrival; and we will give you the key collection details.

Age Limit
We regret that reservations cannot be made by persons aged under 21.

Bed Linen & Towels
For those properties where bed linen and towels are not provided, some owners are pleased to hire them at a cost of £5.00 per bed per week and, for towels, at £2.50 per person per week.

Changing Your Booking
If you wish to change the dates or venue of your holiday, we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of £35.25 including VAT.

Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel in writing at least 8 weeks before your planned arrival we will refund 50% of the deposit, excluding our £20 booking fee.
If you cancel in writing between 4 and 8 weeks before your planned arrival we will refund 25% of all payments received, excluding our £20 booking fee, if we are able to re-let the property.
If you cancel after 4 weeks before your planned arrival, no refund will be made.

Insurance
A comprehensive holiday cancellation insurance scheme is available. A proposal form is sent with the holiday licence. The scheme is totally optional but we strongly recommend it, for your own peace of mind.

Holiday Licence
A holiday licence forms the basis of the contract between the holiday accommodation owner and the visitor, and is sent to you along with your booking confirmation.
