Short break availability and pricing explained
Short breaks can only be booked a maximum of one week in advance of the start date (high season) and two weeks in advance of the start date during the rest of the year.
This restriction is to reduce the risk of the potential loss of a full week booking. However, you may secure a short break well in advance by booking, and paying for, the full week. But if you are in any doubt, we are always happy to discuss your requirements - please use the Contact Us page (please click here).
Short Breaks are not charged on a pro rata daily rate, because there are fixed costs incurred by the owner, regardless of the number of days being booked - laundry, cleaning, etc..
Short Break prices are based on a fixed percentage of the full week rate:
3 nights (the minimum charge) are charged at 75% of the full week
4 nights are charged at 85% of the full week
5 nights are charged at 95% of the full week
6 nights are charged 100% of the full week.
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
To cover some of our banking costs, a 1% charge is levied on credit cards transactions.
There is no charge for debit card payments.
